Delivery and Returns

Deliveries:

Free U.K Standard Delivery: Enjoy free standard delivery within 2-5 working days on all orders.

UK Deliveries: Handled by Royal Mail, Monday to Friday. Please note, delivery times may be longer for rural areas or during severe weather conditions..

International Deliveries: Unfortunately we deliver to UK only at the moment.

Undelivered Items:

• If an item does not arrive within 14 working days of dispatch, we can offer a refund or redelivery.
• Couriers consider items lost after this period, so delivery may still occur within this timeframe.
• To process a refund or redelivery, you'll need to contact us via email.
• Report undelivered items in writing or via email within 14 days of dispatch. Issues reported outside this period are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Order Exchanges:

• To exchange an order, notify us via email within 14 days. There is a £5 handling fee for redelivery.

Returns:

• Products can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
• We accept lightly tested products (1-2 sprays), but used bottles beyond this or outside our 14-day policy will be returned to you.
• Bundle sets must be returned in full for a refund; otherwise, an exchange may be offered.
• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the items are faulty.
